This study aims to develop a web-based public complaint service information system at the ATR/BPN Mentawai Islands Office to make complaint submission, handling, and monitoring more effective and efficient. The system design applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with use case, class, activity, and sequence diagrams to illustrate system needs and workflows, alongside the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a phased development approach. The system is built using PHP and a MariaDB database for user and complaint data storage, with functionality tested through the Black Box method. Key features include user registration, login, complaint submission, and status tracking. All features operate as intended, delivering a transparent and responsive complaint service process. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun program aplikasi sistem pakar guna mengklasifikasikan jenis-jenis stroke melalui penerapan algoritma Naive Bayes dan Certainty Factor. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pakar pada RSU Full Bethesda serta studi literatur. Perancangan sistem difokuskan untuk mengidentifikasi lima varian stroke, diantaranya Transient Ischemic Attacks, stroke hemoragik intraserebral, stroke hemoragik subarachnoid, stroke iskemik trombolitik, dan stroke iskemik emboli. Implementasi dilakukan berbasis PHP dengan MySQL serta diuji menggunakan blackbox. Evaluasi diagnosis pasien menunjukkan Naive Bayes menghasilkan probabilitas 52,82% pada stroke hemoragik intraserebral pasien 1, sedangkan Certainty Factor memberikan hasil 100% pada beberapa jenis stroke. Hasil ini membuktikan Naive Bayes lebih fokus pada satu penyakit, sementara Certainty Factor lebih fleksibel dalam menampilkan kemungkinan beberapa penyakit. A qualitative approach with a conceptual framework development design was employed through literature review, needs analysis, People–Process–Technology model design, and conceptual implementation simulation. The results indicate that integrating human factors, governance processes, and technical controls into a unified framework provides a more holistic and adaptive approach to cybersecurity management in digital organizations. The proposed framework positions humans as active actors in the security system, supported by policies, standard operating procedures, and cloud security technologies. Data diperoleh melalui survei berani terhadap 117 mahasiswa angkatan 2020. Metode Elbow digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah cluster optimal, yang menghasilkan tiga kelompok pengguna, yaitu pengguna jarang, pengguna sedang, dan pengguna aktif. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) menunjukkan nilai 0,5195 yang menandakan kualitas cluster cukup baik. Proses tersebut sering menimbulkan kendala seperti keterlambatan validasi, duplikasi data, dan kesulitan dalam memantau status pengajuan mahasiswa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sistem pengajuan kliring nilai berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa, dosen wali, dan pihak akademik secara terintegrasi. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan model pengembangan <strong>Waterfall</strong>. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja algoritma Isolation Forest dan AutoEncoder dalam mendeteksi anomali cuaca. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan tahapan prapemrosesan data, pemodelan deteksi anomali, serta evaluasi kinerja menggunakan metrik statistik dan analisis kurva ROC serta distribusi skor anomali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode memiliki performa yang baik dalam mendeteksi anomali cuaca. Isolation Forest unggul dalam efisiensi komputasi dan kestabilan model, sedangkan AutoEncoder menunjukkan sensitivitas yang lebih tinggi terhadap anomali cuaca yang bersifat kompleks, ditunjukkan oleh nilai AUC yang lebih tinggi dan pemisahan skor anomali yang lebih jelas.
